X-COPS, a band that may or may not include members of GWAR, has announced a tour for January 2025.
The walk begins in Richmond, Virginia, on January 8 and runs through January 25 in New York City. Belushi Speedball and US Bastards will provide support.
General ticket sales begin Friday (Oct. 18) at 10 a.m. local time through local ticket providers. Fans can also search for deals or get tickets for sold-out dates through StubHubwhere your purchase is 100% guaranteed through StubHub's Fan Protect program.
Biff Buff, X-Bike's cop, commented via the group's press announcement: “The X-COPS are hitting the road and we are ready and prepared to raid all the local marijuana dispensaries in cities across America. What… wait… is marijuana legal? “I told them to stay in the crack houses.”
If that reads like a quote from GWAR, it's because X-COPS not-so-secretly features members of GWAR and Rigor Mortis, hence the tour kicking off in GWAR's hometown of Richmond. X-COPS has also toured extensively with GWAR.
Of course, instead of raiding all the local marijuana dispensaries, Biff Buff and company can simply order GWAR's “Bud of Gods” line of CBD products through the Consequence Shop.
