The Offspring have announced their eleventh studio album, OVERLOADED, arriving on October 11. The punk veterans also provided the lead single, “Make It All Right.”
The feel-good song is ready for summer with a catchy “ba-ba-da” chorus, anthemic power-pop chords, and Dexter Holland's imitable, endearingly nasal vocals. The track oozes positivity and joy.

“We wanted this album to have pure energy, from start to finish! That's why we call it OVERLOADEDHolland noted in a press release. “From the heights of our aspirations to the depths of our struggles, we talk about it all on this record… in a way that celebrates the life we share and where we are now. Our single 'Make It All Right' is a great example of this because it speaks to the people in our lives who make us feel strong when we're feeling down: our partners in crime who make us feel good.”
OVERLOADED was recorded in three different locations (Maui, Vancouver, and the band's home studio in Huntington Beach, California) with producer Bob Rock.
“I feel like this is the best sound we've ever sounded!” Holland was excited. “We've been rocking and headbanging for months! And we can't wait for you to hear it!
The Offspring currently have a slate of European festival appearances on the horizon, as well as two US festival slots at the Inkcarceration Festival on July 19 in Mansfield, Ohio, and the Louder Than Life festival on September 26 in Louisville, Kentucky (get tickets here).
