“Punish” is the first single from Cain's second studio album, Dilatedout January 8 via Daughters of Cain. According to a press release, Dilated runs 90 minutes and Cain wrote, produced and recorded the album over the past year in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania and Tallahassee, Florida.
