Music fans voted in a poll published on Friday (November 15). Bulletin boardpicking the BTS member's debut EP as his favorite new music release of the past week.
The poll featured strong competition from all genres, but Jin's new collection particularly inspired fans to make their choice heard, garnering nearly 83% of the vote. Voters this week chose Happy over new music releases from talents like Gwen Stefani, Tate McRae, Linkin Park, Shawn Mendes, Rauw Alejandro, Shaboozey, Lil Nas X and more.
Happythe much-anticipated set from the BTS superstar is only six tracks long, but it's the biggest listening experience his fans have ever had. only on Jin's previously released singles, making him the seventh and final BTS member to release a multi-song solo project.
“Putting the album together allowed me to stop and think about how much ARMY means to me,” Jin said recently. Bulletin board. “As I worked on each piece, I thought about what I wanted to convey to them, how I wanted to bring them joy and happiness, while also expressing how much I missed them during our absence.”
Gene was referring to his break from music when he completed his mandatory military service.
“Before I enlisted,” he said, “I was mostly focused on our group activities, so a solo album didn't feel right at the time. But with all the members serving in rotation, I felt it was the right time to share something personal with the ARMYs who have supported us all this time. I hope everyone enjoys it as much as I enjoyed making it.”
Among the new music that follows Happy in this week's poll is by Gwen Stefani Bouquetwhich came in second and Tate McRae's '2 Hands' which came in third.
