The element of surprise is one of the many things that make Bizarrap's music and freestyle sessions some of the most viewed videos on YouTube. Who will be his next guest? No one really knows, but when the Argentinian producer drops a new session, it gets millions of views within hours.
His music session with the Spanish Quevedo is one of his most loved and is the one that has catapulted him to worldwide success. “BZRP Music Sessions #52” also marked their first entry on the Billboard Hot 100. It currently has over 400 million views on YouTube. Additionally, the track is only the second all-Spanish song to top the Global 200 in the chart's two-year history, following Bad Bunny and Jhay Cortez's “Dákiti” in 2020.
“The first 'session' in 2018 wasn't even planned,” Biza previously said Advertising sign. “All I wanted to do was record a local rapper coming through Kodigo and put it on YouTube because I was a big fan of him and wanted others to hear him. My plan was to register with my phone, but for some reason it didn't work. So we scheduled the session for the next day and I thought, “Why not give these freestylers the production they deserve with mics and everything?” So that's what I did.”
Since then, he has recorded freestyles and/or music sessions with Nicki Nicole, Nicky Jam, Nathy Peluso, Cazzu, Residente, Peso Pluma and Shakira. With the Colombian artist, she teamed up for “BZRP Music Sessions #53,” released in January 2023, where the Colombian star doesn't hold back and is as raw as ever with her ex, Spanish soccer star Gerard Piqué. The dis track won song of the year at the Latin Grammys. His latest session is a two-song project with corridos tumbados pioneer Natanael Cano, released on April 3rd. “BZRP Music Session #59” consists of the first chapter, entitled “Endiamantado”, and the second chapter, which is powered by the song “Entre Las de 20”.

Peluso and Biza joined forces in a proper partnership that entertained everyone during the pandemic lockdown. In less than three minutes of freestyle, where he simply states why he is the “king of the flow”, Nicky spits lyrics in both Spanish and English. The track starts out as a rap song, but transitions into reggaeton with a catchy chorus that credits the producer: “Biza came and it sounds amazing/ Baby approved and fell in love.”

Arcángel: “BZRP Music Sessions #54”
The music session no one saw coming. Bizarrap and Arcangel teamed up for one epic session was released on March 22 and gave an impressive performance. The Puerto Rican artist spit fire and reality. Over an infectious house beat, Arcangel made sure to remind everyone that he started at the bottom and is now on top of the world. “I'm coming from the hood,” he repeats. “My journey has not been easy… these trap artists are my children, I was a part of their childhood.”

The Puerto Rican lyricist opens the session with a thoughtful verse, delving into the introspective realms of her ascent. Mexican-American rapper Snow Tha Product isn't backing down on this one sensational music session where she reminds everyone of her “huge flow”. Providing a canvas for Snow's fast-paced rap verses, the beat starts out slow, but towards the end becomes a club beat that adequately matches Snow's energy. “That's why I'm on the throne and the seat is amazing,” he declares. “I represent the community that is sick of rappers who don't know how to rap.”

Argentinian hitmaker Nicki Nicole was among the first to record a music session with the visionary producer. For Nicole's psychic session, Biza lets her wide and sweet vocals take the spotlight. Nicki Nicole is a solid rapper, but we appreciate that this has allowed her to shine as a singer.

Bizarrap's music session with Peso Pluma was practically a hit before it even came out, and the anticipation of these two working together was worth the wait. The corrido-powered “BZRP Music Sessions #55” features Peso Pluma singing about frustration. “I'm still here, it's been a few nights that I haven't slept. I'm drunk, I can't lie to you, I hit another girl when I realized I'd lost you,” the Mexican rapper and singer wails over the signature sound of corridos powered by requintos and trombones — marking the first time Bizarrap recorded Mexican music.

After working with a handful of artists including Nicky Jam, Paulo Londra and Residente, Bizarrap recruited Shakira for his latest music session. In it, the Colombian star doesn't hold back and is as raw as ever with her ex, Spanish soccer star Gerard Pique. “A wolf like me ain't got no time for newbies like you/ I was too much for you, so now you're with someone more like yourself,” she sings over a futuristic pop-electronic beat.
The diss track broke a handful of Guinness World Records and, when it dropped, held the title of most streamed Latin track on Spotify in 24 hours (14.4 million streams) and most popular Latin song on YouTube in 24 hours (63 million views ). It also won song of the year at the Latin Grammys.
