If there's anyone who can provide the soundtrack to an on-air summer rave, it's Chris Lake.
The house music superstar has announced “Black Book on the Pier,” a two-day takeover of Brooklyn Army Terminal by his esteemed label, Black Book Records. Scheduled for July 19 and 20, each of the shows will feature a headlining performance by Lake, who just delivered a monster performance at Coachella alongside his Anti Up bandmate Chris Lorenzo.
Lorenzo is set to perform solo on “Black Book on the Pier” on the 19th, which also features Andruss and Book Club Radio founder Jojo Lorenzo. The line-up for the following night includes house music icons Green Velvet and Harry Romero, as well as Black Book's Cole Knight.
Located in Brooklyn's Sunset Park neighborhood, the historic Brooklyn Army Terminal is the ideal canvas for a summer dance music show thanks to its unobstructed, panoramic views of the waterfront. Soundtracked by Black Book's raw, unrelenting beats, the rare doubleheader is organized by New York's beloved dance music promoter. Present the SEM.
Pre-sale for the event will be available starting at 12 pm ET (9 am PT) on April 16. Tickets will be released the next day at the same time and can be purchased. here.
