Conway the Machine has revealed the artwork and release date for his fourth studio album, SFKin a Post on Instagram on Wednesday (April 24).
The Buffalo emcee has had a busy 2023, releasing a total of nine projects, with one being his third solo full-length, He won't do it. Now, the prolific rapper is set to drop SFK on May 10. The cover features a drawing of a smiling face with a slanted sweep seemingly referencing Conway's own face.
Two months ago, he released the video for what appears to be the album's first single, “Vertino,” featuring Joey Bada$$, who has been taking a hiatus from his promising acting career. In the visual, the rapper-actor goes with La Maquina for nearly five minutes on Mott St. in New York's Chinatown.
Conway also teased It won't do it on the B side when he dropped the video for Cool & Dre produced 'Give & Give' and 'Mutty', produced by maestro Williams. When he released the first, Conway teased one April 5 Instagram post: “WHDI side B en route!” Regarding the latter, the rapper also confirmed the acronym SFK represents, spitting, “It's Slant Face Killah/You said it's over when you see me/Boy, we can't wait, n—a/You don't want real beef, plant-based n—a.”
Conway the Machine has yet to reveal SFKits tracklist, features or producers.
