Diddy broke his social media silence on Tuesday (October 15) when he returned to Instagram to wish his daughter Love Sean Combs a happy birthday.
Love Combs turned 2 on Tuesday, and Diddy's account posted a slideshow of photos for the occasion, including a photo shoot of her eating cake and hanging out with her dad in the ocean.
“Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday my baby Love! Happy birthday!! Happy birthday @loveseancombs daddy loves you,” she captioned the post.
Comments under the Instagram post are disabled and it's still unclear how the post got uploaded with Diddy currently behind bars.
Bulletin board Diddy's reps have been reached for comment.
Diddy and Dana Tran welcomed Love Combs in October 2022 — the youngest of his seven children. Last year he wished their daughter a 1st birthday on social media. “Happy Birthday Baby Love! @loveseancombs I LOVE YOU WITH ALL MY HEART! Love DaDa,” she wrote on Instagram, per Vibe.
Sean “Diddy” Combs was arrested in New York on September 16 on federal racketeering and sex trafficking charges. Diddy has pleaded not guilty and his attorney, Marc Agnifilo, has maintained his client's innocence.
Last week, Diddy's legal team filed a court filing seeking an investigation into whether federal authorities leaked evidence in the case to the media, including surveillance video of Combs physically assaulting his then-girlfriend Cassie inside a Los Angeles hotel in 2016.
The Bad Boy mogul has repeatedly refused bond and will remain behind bars until his trial begins in May 2025.
