Dominic Fike pays musical tribute to Dr. Martens: Shop his favorite styles

Dominic Fike shows love to the iconic Dr. boot. Martens 1460 through a new collaboration with the brand. In the context of his collaboration with Dr. Martens, Fike curated a selection of his favorite styles from the brand for his fans to channel his rock aesthetic.

At the beginning of the month, the 28-year-old Euphoria got a star on Instagram to share a video of himself paying tribute to Dr. Martens while rocking a pair of 1460 boots. In addition to serenading his 3.2 million fans with his guitar, Fike also wrote a special poem about Dr. Martens, which he included in the caption.

“I love these shoes,” the poem begins. “I have been known to fall in love with women who love these shoes. Once I was really thrown into those shoes, it hurt less. Or maybe it hurt just as much and I did. Either way, this is a good shoe.”

The boot Dr. Martens 1460 was introduced on April 1, 1960. The popular boot, named after its release date, became synonymous with punk rock fashion.

Pete Townshend of The Who was one of the first rock stars to wear Dr. Martens 1460 on stage. Other rockers such as Sid Vicious of the Sex Pistols, Billy Bragg and Joe Strummer of The Clash were among Dr.'s early fans. Martens.

Gwen Stefani, Justin Bieber, Olivia Rodrigo, Selena Gomez, Lil Nas X and Miley Cyrus are just a few of the many celebrities who have slipped into a pair of Dr. Martens. The brand carries boots, platforms, sandals and bags.
