Gracie Abrams scores her first No. 1 Advertising signThe Top Selling Albums Chart (dated July 6) her best-selling album ever, as Our secret reaches the top of the tally. The set, her second full-length studio effort, sold 50,000 copies in the US in the week ending June 27, according to Luminate.
Abrams' previous sign came when her first full release, Good riddance, reached No. 7 in the chart dated July 1, 2023 with 10,000 sold – thanks to its arrival on vinyl that week. The same week also marked her best sales until her debut Our secret.
Its first week sales Our secret supported by the album's availability on seven vinyl variants (all color variants, two of which were signed and exclusive to Abrams' webstore, as well as one that was exclusive to Target with an alternate cover). Vinyl sales accounted for 41,000 of the album's total sales for the week – her best week on vinyl and the sixth biggest week for a vinyl set in 2024. Secret also debuts at No. 1 on the Vinyl Albums chart.

Advertising signThe Top Albums Sales chart ranks the best-selling albums of the week based on traditional album sales only. The history of the chart dates back to May 25, 1991, the first week Advertising sign began charting electronically tracked track count information from SoundScan, now Luminate. Net album sales was the sole metric used by the Billboard 200 album chart through the list dated December 6, 2014, after which that chart changed to a methodology that combines album sales with track-equivalent album units and album-equivalent units flow. The new chart dated July 6, 2024 will be posted in full on Advertising signon the user's website on July 2. Taylor Swift's top Department of Tormented Poets holds at No. 2 with 28,000 copies sold (down 16%).
Ariana Grande's former manager Eternal sunshine re-enters No. 3 with 17,000 sales (up 598%). Its explosion is largely due to sales of a signed CD sold exclusively on Grande's online store for a limited time.
Chappell Roan is mute The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess hits a new high, going 14-4 with 15,000 sales (her best sales week yet). Sales have come largely from the album's vinyl edition (9,000 sales – up 131%, it's No. 2 on Vinyl Albums), which continues to be available in four variants (a standard black vinyl, a 'collector's edition' in inflated packaging [also in black vinyl]and two color versions).
Grateful Dead 50th Anniversary Extended Reissue of 1974 Live album From the Mars Hotel enters No. 4 on Top Albums Sales at No. 5 with 14,000 sold (up from a negligible amount last week). The set was remastered and reissued on four vinyl variants, a three-CD set and a deluxe digital download (the latter two included a number of bonus tracks). All album versions, old and new, are combined for recording and tracking purposes. The album's initial release peaked at No. 16 on the Billboard 200 in August 1974.

The all-star compilation album Petty Country: A Country Music Celebration of Tom Petty, starts at No. 7 on the top selling albums with nearly 11,000 sold. The 20 ari Small country The collection boasts country covers of Petty tunes such as Chris Stapleton's “I Should Have Known It,” Dolly Parton's “Southern Accents” and Luke Combs' “Runnin' Down a Dream.”
With nearly 11,000 sales, Small country racks up the best-selling week for any compilation album in a year since A Philly Christmas Special moved about 100 more copies on the chart dated January 7, 2023. In terms of country music compilations, no compilation has sold as many Small country in a week in six years, since then Now That's What I Call Country, Volume 11debuted with 12,000 copies on the chart dated June 23, 2018.

The top of ATEEZ Golden Hour: Part 1 rises 10-8 on top album sales with 10,000 (down 13%) while NAYEON's TO falls 1-9 in week two with just over 9,000 (down 78%).
The Story So Far completes the top 10, as his new album I want to disappear debuts at No. 10 with 9,000. It is the second top 10 chart effort for the rock band and fifth entry overall. Sales of the new set were boosted by its availability on five colored vinyl variants, in addition to a standard CD and digital album download.
