The theme of this year's conference is 'rebuilding our community', with a featured conversation titled 'How to Bring Back Peace, Love, Unity and Respect' looking at how the dance scene can restore its values in a broken community, especially in relation to recent world events.
“These are tense and complicated times in electronic music – not a landscape this industry has had to navigate in the past,” IMS co-founder Ben Turner said in a statement. “Now in our 15th edition, the core theme of trying to understand how to rebuild our community is designed to be constructive, positive and impactful. Special thanks to the IMS team of consultants and experts for their contributions to this year's program. We hope attendees will find something insightful and inspiring to take home with them along with new connections, new music and positive thoughts and actions for the future.”
