JoJo Siwa is ready for the world stage. According to the 21-year-old star, Poland is considering her to represent the country at the next Eurovision Song Contest — and she's totally willing to do it.
THE Dance Moms The alum shared the news as she prepared to head to the airport in a recent TikTok video, telling followers she was visiting Poland to connect with her Polish roots after one of her songs – 'Yesterday's Tomorrow's Today' – went viral on country. Coincidentally, she explained, one of her followers had jokingly commented in a previous video that she should perform at Eurovision – which will be held in Basel next year – on behalf of the country, but now “it's actually a real conversation”.
“Eurovision is in it,” he continued. “We are talking to people in Poland. If Poland wants me to represent, I will be there. I will make it happen.”
Siwa also noted that she would not be able to perform “Yesterday's Tomorrow's Today” in the contest, as Eurovision rules dictate that each country's entry must be a previously unreleased song. However, the artist “Karma” is ready.
“I got an idea [for a new song] that's what I would do 100%,” he told followers. “I can't wait — I think it would be so much fun.”
Bulletin board reached out to Eurovision for comment.
Siwa went on to share videos from exploring Poland, teasing that she had the “best meeting in Poland” and later added that she had received the “best news”.
According to the BBChowever, officials responsible for Poland's Eurovision entry said they had not been in contact with the Nickelodeon star, while Polish broadcaster TVP — which helps select the country's representatives — said he was not currently speaking. with no artist and had not made any decisions for 2025.
