LISA will perform at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show

LISA heads down the hall.

The BLACKPINK superstar is set to take the stage and perform at the much-anticipated return of the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. The announcement comes amid an exciting year for LISA, as the K-pop icon entered a new phase of her solo career outside of BLACKPINK with “Rockstar,” which debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard Global 200 and it became her first. No. 1 hit on Billboard Global Excl. US

“The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show is such an iconic night in fashion and I'm so excited to be a part of its return with so many incredible and powerful women taking part in the show! It's going to be a great night,” LISA said in a press statement.

The news comes after the lingerie and clothing retailer announced that Tyla will also perform and Cher will headline the show, which will feature an all-female lineup for the first time. The 2024 show will take place on October 15 in Brooklyn, New York, marking her big return after a six-year hiatus. Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, Ariana Grande, The Weeknd, Lady Gaga, Selena Gomez and more have performed in past VS appearances.

The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show was canceled in 2019 after backlash over the brand's lack of exclusivity and portrayal of unrealistic beauty standards. In 2023, the company tested a “new version” of the program with Victoria's Secret: The tour '23a unique Prime Video special featuring footage of Adriana Lima, Gigi Hadid, Emily Ratajkowski, Hailey Bieber and other models in cities around the world.
