The last South Park special for Paramount+, South Park: The end of obesity, has arrived, unleashing her comedic wrath on the weight loss industry's biggest players, from Ozempic and Mounjaro to pop star Lizzo and her message of body positivity. For her part, Lizzo has officially responded to the jokes.
The blow to Lizzo comes when her personality is revealed to be a cheaper alternative to Ozempic, one that won't result in any real weight loss, but may make you “no longer worry about the weight.” Cartman is prescribed the Lizzo treatment, and his doctor recommends that he “listen to Lizzo five times a day,” before warning, “I'm afraid you'll have to take Lizzo for the rest of your life.” Later in the episode, Cartman laments that “the rich get Ozempic, the poor get body positivity.”
However, in response to the jokes, Lizzo gushed over the reference. In a TikTok showing her watching the fake “Lizzo drug” ad, she responded: “I feel like, damn, I'm really that bitch. I really showed the world how to love yourself and not give a damn, to the point where these men in Colorado know who the fuck I am and put it in their caricature that's been around for 25 years.”
Next, Lizzo closed with a message of inspiration. “I'm really that bitch and I show y'all how I don't give a fuck and I'll keep showing y'all how I don't give a fuck,” she declared, before singing a jingle that was presumably supposed to be the fake “Lizzo Medication” jingle based on the Ozempic jingle, but it honestly sounds a lot more like the “Oh oh oh O'Reilly” auto parts jingle.

Elsewhere in the special, South ParkTrey Parker and Matt Stone included a joke about Lizzo's music giving listeners “diabEARties” and explosive ear diarrhea, which seems par for the course. There is also a spoofed scene. The missing child.
Meanwhile, Lizzo is still in the midst of her legal troubles, after her request to dismiss her sexual harassment lawsuit was denied. Her legal team appealed that decision and the case is currently on hold.
