Marc Anthony captures his record 37th No. 1 Advertising signTropical Airplay chart as “Ale Ale”
rises to rule the chart dated July 13.
The salsa single lands atop Tropical Airplay – after five straight weeks at number two – with 6.1 audience impressions on the chart's benchmark stations in the week ending July 4, according to Luminate.
With 37 career No. 1s, Marc Anthony has the most hits among any act since Tropical Airplay was released in 1994. Here's a look at the artists with the most No. 1s on the list:

Anthony boasts five Tropical Airplay No. 1 in the 2020s, after landing 13 in the 10s, seven in the 00s and 12 in the 1990s. He led the way with “Te Conozco Bien” starting in June 1995 and recently reigned with “Punta Cana” this February. Anthony also holds the record for most total weeks on Tropical Airplay, with all of his #1s: 181.
The new chart topper comes after Telemundo designated “Ale Ale” as its official summer anthem to be released across its platforms and as the official song of the network's UEFA Euro 2024 coverage.
“Ale Ale,” an anthem celebrating Latino pride, is from Anthony's latest album, Muévensewhich peaked at No. 4 on Tropical Albums in May, giving the superstar his 15th top 10 on the chart.
