Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox's family is about to grow. On Monday (November 11), the actress surprised her fans by announcing that she's pregnant with her first baby with the rapper-turned-rocker — almost exactly a year after she opened up about a miscarriage with her partner.
In a characteristically Gothic photograph published in Fox's Instagramthe Jennifer's body The star poses naked, covered from head to toe in black liquid while holding her stomach. She also shared a black and white snapshot of her positive pregnancy test.
“Nothing is really wasted. Welcome back 👼🏼❤️” Fox captioned the snaps, tagging MGK so his name appears right above her belly button when she taps the photo.
Bulletin board reps for the stars were reached for comment.
While their baby on the way will be their first together, Fox and Kelly are already parents to children from previous relationships. The “My Ex's Best Friend” musician welcomed daughter Casie with ex Emma Cannon in 2009, while Transformers The alum has sons Noah, Bodhi and Journey with ex-husband Brian Austin Green.
MGK and Fox first began dating in 2020. In January 2022, they became engaged, but sparked breakup rumors in February 2023 when the actress posted a seemingly pointed Beyoncé lyric on Instagram: “You can taste the dishonesty/ it is all your breath.” He later clarified, “There was no third party interference in this relationship of any kind.”
In March of this year, Fox confirmed that their engagement had been called off. “I think, as of right now, I have no comment on the status of the relationship, per se,” he said. She called her dadAlex Cooper at the time. “What I can say is [he] he is what I refer to as my 'soul mate' and there will always be a bond with him no matter what.”
Fox has also previously spoken about a pregnancy loss in the midst of her relationship with MGK in November 2023, a painful subject she explored in her poetry book, Pretty boys are poisonous. “I want to hold your hand / hear your laugh,” she wrote in the book. “But now / I must say / goodbye.”
“I've never experienced anything like this in my life,” Fox mused in the quotes to Good morning America at that time. “I've got three kids, so it's been very difficult for both of us and it's sent us on a very wild journey together and apart … trying to navigate, 'What does this mean?' and “Why did this happen?” he remembers.
