Megan Thee Stallion's former cameraman claimed the rapper forced him to watch her have sex in a moving car in a lawsuit accusing her of harassment and creating a hostile work environment.

The incident allegedly took place when Garcia traveled with Megan to Ibiza, Spain, in June 2022. According to Garcia, one night he was in a moving van with Megan and three other women when the artist began having sex with one of the women. .
“I felt uncomfortable. I was a little frozen and in shock,” García told NBC News. “In a way, I know the overall audacity of doing this right, right next to me.”
In the lawsuit, Garcia said Megan later told him to “never talk about what you saw.” He also said Megan embarrassed him during the trip, calling him a “fat bitch” and instructing him to “spit out the food.”
According to García, they treated him differently once they returned from the trip. For example, his compensation structure changed from a monthly fee to a per-task fee, requiring him to submit invoices for each job. The change was apparently followed by a decline in bookings.
Garcia also claimed that he “endured a barrage of incessant sexual and shaming comments that plunged him into deep emotional distress” while working for Megan, which, according to the lawsuit, resulted in “a loss of income and other employment benefits, as well as Physical Health”. injuries, physical illnesses and emotional distress.”
