Neil Young and Crazy Horse have confirmed details of their new album. FU##IN' UP. The nine-track LP will initially be available for Record Store Day 2024 on April 20, before receiving wide release on April 26.
FU##IN' UP was recorded in 2023 by Young, Billy Talbot (bass, vocals), Ralph Molina (drums, vocals), Micah Nelson (guitar, vocals, piano) and Nils Lofgren (guitar, vocals, piano). He finds the band revisiting and re-recording material included on their acclaimed 1990 album, Tattered glory.With the exception of “Farmer John”, Young changed the titles of all the songs that appear on FU##IN' UP.
“In the spirit that it offers, we made this for horse lovers,” Young said in a statement. “I can't stop it. The horse runs. What a ride we have. “I don't want to upset the vibe and I'm very happy to have this to share.”

FU##IN' UP marks Young's 16th album with Crazy Horse and continues World record in 2022. Last year, Lofgren, Talbot, Molina and Young contributed individual recordings to a project titled All roads lead Home.
