Misa Hylton, a The celebrity stylist who shares son Justin Combs with Sean “Diddy” Combs, posted on Tuesday clip of a recent raid on the entertainment mogul's Los Angeles home.
An Instagram video on Hylton's page that appears to contain surveillance footage from the property shows three large vehicles arriving at the home and multiple armed agents pouring into the compound. An agent appears to tamper with a camera recording the entry, showing it off the ground and into bushes. In a hallway inside the home, Christian “King” Combs, 26, Sean Combs' son with the late Kim Porter, can be seen being pinned against a wall with his hands on his head by an officer who then moves the hands behind his back. Another agent stands nearby with a large gun.
Justin Combs, 30, is seen walking down the aisle with his hands on his head. Two agents are seen pointing their guns in his direction. they remain in this post as Combs walks out.
The federal raids were reportedly conducted by Homeland Security based on a warrant issued by the Southern District of New York. “The overzealous and overtly militarized force used against my sons Justin and Christian is deplorable,” Hilton wrote on Instagram, saying she considers Christian one of her own. “If these were the sons of a non-Black celebrity, they wouldn't have been treated with the same aggression. The attempt to humiliate and terrorize these innocent young BLACK people is despicable!”.
“Did Justin need several laser beams from guns pointed at his chest??” keep writing. “Did Christian need a gun pointed at the back of his head while he was handcuffed? How many times have we seen young BLACK UNARMED people not make it out of situations like this alive??''
Hylton and Combs dated in the early 1990s while he was rising through the ranks at Uptown Records and she was an up-and-coming stylist. He went on to style many of Lil Kim and Mary J. Blige's memorable looks. Justin Combs is their only child together.
According to Hylton, attorney Jeffrey Lichtman is investigating the incident for excessive use of force. Lichtman and Hylton have not returned immediately Rolling rockrequests for comment.
Combs' attorney, Aaron Dyer, previously condemned the investigations in a statement Rolling rock. “There is no excuse for the excessive display of force and hostility displayed by the authorities or the manner in which the children and staff were treated,” Dyer said. “This unprecedented ambush – coupled with an advanced, coordinated media presence – is leading to a premature rush to judgment for Mr. Combs and is nothing more than a witch hunt based on false accusations made in civil lawsuits . No criminal or civil liability has been established with any of these allegations. Mr. Combs is innocent and will continue to fight every day to clear his name.”
Authorities have not yet revealed the specific reasons behind the raids. Source that spoke to Rolling rock would only confirm that the raids were related to a federal sex-trafficking investigation. Several people have filed civil lawsuits against Combs in recent months, alleging sex trafficking, sexual assault and physical abuse against him.
