Nicki Minaj and Megan Thee Stallion have upset the Hip-Hop timeline in a big way, with the Queens veteran unleashing an all-out online attack on the Houston star. Following Megan Thee Stallion's perceived shot at Nicki Minaj on “HISS,” the Pink Friday 2 The star responded with diss track “Big Foot” and fans are reacting.
As we previously reported, Megan Thee Stallion dropped her latest single, “HISS,” last week as part of her return to the music scene, and one line in particular seemed to ruffle Nicki Minaj's feathers.
The verse in question reads, “These hoes ain't mad at Megan, these hoes are mad at Megan's Law/I don't really know what the problem is, but I guarantee you don't want me to start.” which is supposed to be about Minaj's husband, Kenneth Petty, and his past legal woes.
That, in turn, prompted Minaj to go on a day-long rant on social media, spurred on by her legion of fans known as “Barbz,” and things got ugly with Meg Thee Stallion's deceased parents stepping in in the fight and report the shooting incident with Tory Lanez.
With “Big Foot,” Minaj wasted little time addressing the aforementioned line from “HISS” and continued to pile on the attacks in a song with all the current tea in it.
From “Big Foot”:
This whore starts talking about Megan's Law
For a free beat, you could hit Megan raw (Ooh)
If you're a ghostwriter, Pardy on Megan's jaw (Ooh-ooh)
Shots thrown but still not letting Megan score (Tell 'em)
Bad bitch, she like six feet (Ooh), I call her Big Foot (Brr-brr)
Bitch fell, I said, “Get up on your good leg” (Ah, ah)
Minaj ends the song by suggesting that she has more ammo in the tank for Megan if she wants to continue this beef. As expected, the Barbz and the Hotties, who are Meg Thee Stallion's supporters, are at each other's virtual throats. And we've got all the reactions to “Big Foot” below.
