Ahead of her upcoming new album Las Mujeres Ya No Llorandue out on March 22, Shakira has revealed the LP's tracklist.
The 16-track album features eight new tracks as well as previous singles such as “TQG” featuring Karol G, “Te Felicito” featuring Rauw Alejandro, and “El Jefe” featuring Fuerza Regida. A remix on 'Music Sessions Vol.' of Bizarrap production. 53″ with Tiesto will also be included in the set. Shakira re-enlists Bizarrap and Alejandro for new songs, while tapping new collaborators including Cardi B and Grupo Frontera.
“Creating this body of work has been an alchemical process,” Shakira previously said in a statement. “When I was writing each song, I was rebuilding myself. As I sang them, my tears turned into diamonds and my vulnerability into strength.”
Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran is the Colombian hitmaker's first new album in seven years. It also marks her first release on vinyl, with four separate artwork editions, each paired with an exclusive colored vinyl variant.
Shak's new album follows her 2017 set El Doradowhich spent five weeks at No. 1 on Advertising signTop Latin Albums chart and included hits such as “Chantaje” featuring Maluma, “La Bicicleta” featuring Carlos Vives and “Deja vu” featuring Prince Royce. In total, the hitmaker has placed eight top 10 albums on the Top Latin Albums chart, six of those No. 1 hits, including Dónde Están Los Ladrones? (1998), Fijación Oral: Vol. 1 (2005) and Sale El Sol (2010).
