Taylor Swift Wins Historic Fourth album Of The Year Grammy, Announces New album From Stage

Last night at the Grammys, Taylor Swift won album of the Year, making it her record fourth win in the category. He also announced a new album from the stage, Department of Tormented Poets, and shared its cover online soon after. The album is due out on April 19 via Republic.
Swift previously tied with Stevie Wonder, Frank Sinatra and Paul Simon for the biggest album of the year Grammy, but with four wins she now surpasses all of those legacy artists. It was released in October 2022 Midnight which won this year's Grammy. He also previously won for 2008 Fearlessof 2014 1989and 2020 folklore. Celine Dion, who was diagnosed with stiff-person syndrome, a rare neurological disease, in 2022, causing her to cancel all live performances, presented Swift with the award. Joining Swift on stage were the album's producer (Jack Antonoff) and engineer (Laura Sisk), as well as album of the Year nominee Lana Del Rey, who co-wrote and sang guest vocals on “Snow on the Beach” . Swift announced Department of Tormented Poets while accepting a different award last night, Best Pop Vocal album for Midnight. Swift pointed out that it was her 13th Grammy and that 13 was her lucky number. The album is said to contain 16 tracks, with a 17th bonus track, “The Manuscript”, available only in physical editions. U2 presented her with the award remotely, following their performance at the Grammys from the Sphere in Las Vegas. Watch her acceptance speech and album announcement below.
