Ye and Ty Dolla $ign Scrap 'Vultures' Listening Parties

Ye – formerly known as Kanye West – and Ty Dolla $ign have won Vultures listening parties to be held in several US arenas later this month, Billboard ca confirmation.

The listening parts were called “Vultures 1 & 2 Listening Experience”, but mainly, the Vultures 2 album, which was originally announced for release on March 8, about a month after its release Vultures 1still not implemented.

There is no word or sign yet Vultures 2 deliverance, and, now, those parts that hear are silenced. Says a representative of Ye Advertising sign these performances will no longer continue, but new replacement dates are sure to be announced soon. No explanation has been given for the change of plan.

The listening sessions were quietly announced and largely ignored by the mainstream media.

A statement from the Amelie Arena in Tampa, Florida reads, “We regret to report that due to time constraints for Ye and Ty Dolla $ign to curate the production and meet logistical demands, the upcoming dates for the VULTURES 1&2 listening experience will have to be rescheduled at a later date.” Amelie Arena was scheduled to host the playback on April 14.

Variety Chris Willman was the first to report it US releases cancelled, which were also written for venues in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Pittsburgh, PA Nashville, TN; and Charlotte, NC.

The late one Vultures 1 The project got off to a fast start around the world when it finally dropped, including a back-to-back No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 in February, marking Ye's eighth consecutive No. 1 album dating back to 2005. Late Enrollment.

This two week period at the summit for Vultures 1 marked the first time West had held the top spot for more than a week since his 2011 collaboration album with Jay-Z, Watch The Throne. The latter LP also topped Australia's ARIA Albums Chart and opened at No. 2 on the Official UK Albums Chart.
