Universal Music Publishing Group's Classics and Screen division has signed Poor and Kindness items composer Jerskin Fendrix in an exclusive, worldwide publishing agreement. A favorite of George Lanthimos, the director discovered Fendrix after the release of his first album Winterrise and they encouraged him to go into filmmaking. The acclaimed film Lanthimos Poor became Fendrix's first ever score.
Tank is a platinum signed producer and songwriter Aaron Zuckerman in a publishing agreement. The mind behind songs like Alec Benjamin's “Devil Doesn't Bargain,” Lil Wayne's “Dreams,” Bebe Rexha's “2 Souls On Fire” featuring Quavo, Karley Scott Collins' “Write One” featuring Keith Urban and Yung Gravy and Shania Twain's “White Claw,” Zuckerman is known for his ability to deftly move between genres.
Cobalt announced the renewal of its global publishing deal with the country star Mae Estes. Estes, who landed her first publishing deal with Plaid Flag Music/Kobalt in 2020, is quickly becoming a star in Nashville. On the label side, the Arkansas native is signed to Big Machine.
