Last week he released a song with Finesse2tymes called “Gangstafied” where he took some very pointed shots at Tune. “My n***a Weezy still touring but he's inexperienced and it shows / I'm still a living legend don't act like you don't know” he rapped. XXL magazine is reference that the newly single MC spoke with Wayne according to a video he shared on social media on Sunday, January 7.
“I talked to my little brother last night. Shout out to shorty. Still my brother. I love my little brother. It's not complicated sometimes. But, you know, Gisl will do what Gisl does,” he said. “I'll tell a***a I love him and call him an a***h in the same sentence,” added BG. “Well, if you don't like… you know… this family business. Shout out to my little bro Weezy too.” Now that the Hot Boys are all free (Turk was released in 2012 after serving nearly nine years in prison) it's clear to the public that the group has some issues to work out before an official reunion takes place.
In September of last year Birdman announced that he was working on a Cash Money Records reunion tour. But when asked why she didn't roll out the same red carpet for Turk as she did for BG, she made it clear the two aren't always on the same page. “Honestly me and Turk did not have a relationship before he went to prison,” he said in an interview with Live Bitez.
