Ariana Grande is a talented singer, songwriter, and actress, but before she was any of that, she was a great sister. To prove it, Frankie Grande posted a sweet tribute to his superstar little sister in honor of National Siblings Day on Wednesday (April 10), thanking her for standing by him — especially over the past six years as he's tried to stay sober way of living.
She shares a selfie with Ari, who blows a kiss on the photo as the Big Brother Smiling for the camera, the alum Frankie wrote: “I want to take a moment to thank the BEST sister in the world for being there for me every minute.”
“From helping me on my journey to sobriety to being there for me at big moments in my life and career,” she continued. “You are the best sister anyone could ask for and I am eternally proud of you and all the sunshine you continue to bring to this world.”
Grande, whose Billboard 200-topping album Eternal sunshine arrived last month, she commented on the post, “Honey! love you so much.”
The Calling Sylvia The actor has been open about his struggles with sobriety in the past, saying TodayHoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager in January that the 2017 terrorist attack at his little sister's concert in Manchester — which killed 22 fans and injured many more — was the initial catalyst for his decision to stop using substances. “It was a highlight,” he said. “I realized I couldn't show up to help my family.”
