Jack White has announced a proper release for his new album. Titled No Name, the 13-track LP will be available beginning Thursday, August 1st, on limited edition vinyl at all Third Man locations. A wider vinyl release at select independent record stores, as well as a global digital release, will follow on Friday, April 2nd.
White initially unveiled No Name by slipping vinyl copies of the album into the bags of unsuspecting shoppers at Third Man Records on July 19th. He subsequently encouraged fans to rip copies of the album and upload the recordings online.
According to a press release, the album was recorded, produced, and mixed by White at Third Man Records’ Nashville studio throughout 2023 and 2024.
