Megan Thee Stallion's transformation continues as she sheds her skin and heads into 'rebirth' for her highly anticipated upcoming album.
The Houston hottie drops another single that sticks to the snake theme with the LilJuMadeDaBeat-produced “BOA” out Friday (May 10), which features a sample of the classic “What You Waiting For?” by Gwen Stefani in 2004.
Meg takes aim at the critics who try to pick apart everything she does and leaves the haters in the dust.
“I take shots, I take spots/ I see the shadow then they block/ They see the chain then they're blinded/ I know I'm different I'm unique/ I took off in the b—-s and left them behind/ How you hate me if I'm on your mind,” he raps.
Thee Stallion says she doesn't need TikTok to help her achieve a hit record as she's really into what rap is all about.
“I throw s–t for TikTok/ B—h I'm real hip-hop/ Everybody know my hit/ I don't listen when you fall,” he sings.
Following the release of “BOA,” Megan will be hitting the road next week for the Hot Girl Summer tour alongside her “Wanna Be” collaborator GloRilla.
Kicking off in Minneapolis on May 14, Meg and Glo will visit 31 cities including Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Philadelphia and Thee Stallion's hometown of Houston.
He's also set to travel across the pond starting on July 4 for shows in Glasgow, Scotland, England, France, Germany and Ireland.
The “WAP” rapper declared that she's Megan May this month and broke out a bit with a powerful freestyle earlier this week that finds her spitting over Gucci Mane's classic “I Think I Love Her.”
